About me

She Thought She Was Just Bad at Business.

She wasn't. She just hadn't met herself yet.

There was a version of me who had all the tools and none of the results.

I knew marketing. I knew strategy. I had been in this industry since 2012, built funnels, taught launches, helped thousands of women generate real revenue. And still — I kept hitting the same invisible wall. Inconsistent income. Overgiving. Clients who took everything and valued nothing. Months where I made great money followed by months where I wondered what happened to all of it.

On the outside I looked like I had it together. On the inside I was exhausted, dysregulated, and quietly negotiating my worth in every room I walked into.

It took me a long time to understand that the problem wasn't my strategy.

The Pattern

I grew up learning to stay small, not take up too much space and question whether I was too much or somehow still not enough, sometimes both at the same time. That conditioning didn't stay in my childhood. It followed me into my relationships, my pricing, my launches, and the way I showed up every time I was on the edge of something big.

I attracted situations in love and in business that mirrored exactly how available I was to myself.

And the answer, it turned out, was: not very.

When you've learned to abandon yourself to keep the peace, you don't just do it in relationships. You do it in your business too when you undercharge and over-deliver. You might even shrink before the breakthrough, making money but wondering how it's gone before you can catch your breath.

It's not a funnel problem, which is what most people think. It's a frequency problem. And no amount of strategy fixes it alone.

Welcome

The shift didn't happen in a coaching program.
It happened when I finally stopped running from myself.

I did the deep work...nervous system regulation, embodiment, reclaiming the parts of me that had been shamed, silenced, and conditioned out of existence. I stopped making decisions from survival mode. I stopped chasing opportunities that kept me small and dysregulated. I built safety from the inside out.

And then something unexpected happened.

The business started working the way it was always supposed to.

Not because I found a better strategy (although the strategy got sharper too). But because I finally became a woman who could receive what she was building. Who could hold a full client roster without burning out. Who could launch, sell, and lead from a grounded, embodied place instead of from fear and urgency.

Money started flowing differently. Clients started showing up differently. Opportunities stopped feeling like lucky accidents and started feeling like a natural extension of who I was.

Because that's what happens when you stop hustling from a wound and start leading from wholeness.

What I Know Now & What I Teach

I've worked with thousands of women across more than a decade in this industry. I've taught launches, built revenue systems, and helped women go from inconsistent income to fully booked. But the women who get the biggest transformations aren't just the ones who learn better strategy.

They're the ones who do both.

They fix the offer and the pattern underneath it. They learn to launch and learn to receive. They build the business and become the woman the business requires.

That's what I do. That's the work I'm known for. And it's why the women who work with me don't just hit a revenue goal — they stop hitting the same ceiling over and over again.

If you've been putting in the work and wondering why it's not landing the way it should — you don't need to work harder. You need to go deeper. And you need someone who knows both sides of this equation.

That's me.

Why I'm "The Woman's Coach"

I help women trun pleasure into profit, and I believe your body is part of your business strategy.

I built a brand around energy, not algorithms...and it works.

I’m not the person who studies the algorithm all day trying to crack some code. That’s never been how I move. I pay attention to how I feel when I show up, what I’m saying, and whether it actually lands.

I’ve had content perform well because it was real, direct, and carried conviction. So for me, it’s always been less about “what’s trending” and more about “is this aligned, and does it hit?”

I've reinvented myself more than once and made it profitable every time.

I don’t hold onto old versions of myself just because they were working at one point. If I outgrow something, I move on.

But I’m also not just randomly starting over, I know how to reposition myself, communicate my value, and make that next version make money. So every time I’ve shifted, it hasn’t been a loss… it’s actually been an upgrade.

I don't separate healing from making money, I use it.

A lot of people treat healing like something you do on the side, and business is over here. That’s never made sense to me.

The way you think, how safe you feel being seen, how you handle pressure, etc, directly affects how you show up and how much money you make. So I use that.

If something feels off in my business, I don’t just look at strategy, I look at what’s going on internally too. That’s usually where the real shift happens.

I can turn a story into a sales message in minutes.

When someone tells me a story, I’m automatically listening for the deeper message in it. Like, what’s the actual takeaway here, what would make someone care, and where’s the connection point?

Most people just tell the story. I’m thinking about how that story can move someone....how it can shift perspective or lead into an offer naturally.

I trust my internal timing more than external pressure, and that has saved me more than once.

I’m not easily rushed by what everyone else is doing or how fast things are moving around me. If something doesn’t feel right yet, I don’t force it just to keep up.

There have been times where waiting, refining, or even pulling back made me more money than jumping in too early would have. So I’ve learned to trust my own timing, even when it doesn’t match what’s considered “smart” or “strategic.”

You don't need more proof, more time, or more permission. The shift happens when you decide to trust yourself and move.
